In accordance to the directives of H.E. the Prime Minister and the Iraqi government commitment based on the Cabinet Resolution No. (426) for the year 2010 and the decision of the House of Representatives No. 18 of 2011 and the recommendations of the parliamentary report and the Economic Affair Committee and based on the approval of the House of Representatives in accordance to the provisions of paragraph (First) of Article (61) and item (iii) of paragraph (73) of the Constitution.

What has been suffered by Faili Kurds, will be considered, based on decision of the Supreme Iraqi Criminal Court, a crime of Genocide in all its characterization.
